Halesowen ( haylz-OH-in) is a market town in the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley, in the county of the West Midlands, England.

Historically an exclave of Shropshire and, from 1844, in Worcestershire, the town is around 7 miles (11 km) from Birmingham city centre, and 6 miles (10 km) from Dudley town centre. The population of the Halesowen built-up area at the 2021 census, was 60,110. Halesowen is in the Halesowen parliamentary constituency. It has been represented by Labour MP Alex Ballinger since 4 July 2024.
