Mwandiga is an administrative ward in Kigoma District of Kigoma Region in Tanzania.

The ward covers an area of 40.5 km2 (15.6 sq mi), and has an average elevation of 860 m (2,820 ft). In 2016 the Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics report there were 20,810 people in the ward, from 18,906 in 2012.
