Novoanninsky is a town and the administrative center of Novoanninsky District in Volgograd Oblast, Russia, located on the Buzuluk River (a tributary of Don's basin), 254 kilometers (158 mi) northwest of Volgograd, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 17,912; 19,472; 20,922.
