Noginsk, known as Bogorodsk until 1930, is a city and the administrative center of Bogorodsky District in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located 34 kilometers (21 mi) east of the Moscow Ring Road on the Klyazma River. Population: 103,891; 100,072; 117,555; 123,020.
