Dygulybgey is a rural locality (a selo) under the administrative jurisdiction of the town of republic significance of Baksan in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Russia. It is located along the northern border of Georgia. Population: 20,228; 20,355. In 2002, 98.9% of population were ethnic Circassians from the Kabarday tribe.
