Bay ( ba-EH), officially the Municipality of Bay (Tagalog: Bayan ng Bay) and colloquially known as Bae, is a municipality in the province of Laguna, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 69,802 people.

The patron saint of Bay is Augustine of Hippo, whose feast day is celebrated on August 28. The adjacent Laguna de Bay, the country's largest freshwater lake, is named after the town.
