Abu Tor, also Abu Thor or ath-Thori, is a mixed Jewish and Arab neighborhood in East Jerusalem, built on a prominence south of the Old City, Jebel Abu Tor. The traditional Christian name is Hill of Evil Counsel (see #Location).
