Mandali is a town in Balad Ruz District, Diyala Governorate in Iraq, near the Iranian border. The town has a Feyli Kurdish majority, and a significant Arab and Turkmen communities. Mandali is disputed between the federal government of Iraq and Kurdistan Region, and experienced Arabization during the Saddam era.
