Rajakilpakkam is a neighbourhood of Tambaram in the Chennai Metropolitan Area, Chengalpattu district, Tamil Nadu, India. It was formerly one of the three revenue villages of Sembakkam Municipality, along with Sembakkam and Gowrivakkam, and became part of Tambaram City Municipal Corporation following the reorganisation of the area's urban local bodies in 2021.
